Visit architects, designers, consultants, and specifiers to:
Present company products and systems.
Promote new materials and solutions.
Ensure our products are specified in projects.
Build and maintain relationships with:
Design firms.
Consultants.
Developers and end user clients.
Assist in preparing:
Company profiles, project references, and product presentations.
Specification documents, material data sheets, and technical brochures.
Support product launches, presentations, and CPD sessions.
Edit and update website and support social media/ digital marketing related to projects, products, and installations.
Monitor competitors, new materials, and market trends.
Sales & Commercial Support:
Assist in preparing quotations, submittals, technical offers, and commercial proposals.
Follow up with clients, consultants, and contractors on offers, approvals, and clarifications.
Maintain and update client, project, and inquiry records.
Track ongoing tenders, projects, and opportunities.
Coordinate meetings, material presentations, and sample submissions.
Prepare :
Follow-up logs and tracking sheets.
Organize technical documents, approvals, and correspondence.
Support management with commercial coordination tasks.
Travel regionally/internationally when required for:
Presentations and sales meetings.
Technical training and factory visits with suppliers and manufacturers.
Industry exhibitions, trade shows, and product launches.
Represent the company in a professional manner during external events.
