Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, referrals, and online platforms
Generate and qualify leads, schedule meetings, and present company services to potential clients
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients
Understand client requirements and propose suitable solutions
Prepare and deliver proposals, quotations, and presentations
Negotiate terms and close deals to achieve monthly and quarterly targets
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in CRM systems
Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and new opportunities
Represent the company at meetings, exhibitions, and networking events when required
Requirements & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
1-3 years of experience in business development, sales, or a similar role
Experience in the UAE market is an advantage
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and meet sales targets
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
CRM experience is a plus
