Identify, research, and develop new business opportunities and potential markets.
Generate leads through calls, emails, visits, and networking.
Prepare and submit quotations, proposals, and commercial offers.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure repeat business.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets set by management.
Coordinate with production, procurement, and technical teams for order execution.
Maintain reports on sales activities, inquiries, and follow-ups.
Attend exhibitions, client meetings, and industry events as required.
Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration/ Btech in Electronics, Marketing, or related field.
Proven experience in sales Engineering or business development.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to build long-term customer relationships.
Knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Valid UAE driving license
