Hulk Decor Cont. LLC is seeking an experienced and driven Business Development Officer to expand our client base within the UAE interior design and fit-out market. The role is commission-based and ideal for a professional with an established network in the industry.
Responsibilities:
Identify and secure new business opportunities within the interior fit-out, design, and contracting sectors.
Generate and close leads with real-estate developers, architects and other clients.
Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
Collaborate with the management team to develop tailored proposals and close deals.
Meet sales targets and deliver measurable growth results.
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of experience in UAE interior or business development.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
Strong network within the UAE design, construction, or real estate industry.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Self-motivated and able to work independently.
Compensation:
