Job Description

Task & Responsibilities:

Maintain current client relationship and identifying areas for potential clients Educate clients on various mortgage products, terms, and options available in the market. Keep accurate records of client interactions, applications, and mortgage transactions in compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies Analyze and compare mortgage offers from multiple lenders to help clients secure the most favourable terms and rates. Conduct comprehensive financial assessments of clients to determine their mortgage eligibility and affordability. Develop new sales areas and improving sales through various methods. Research the latest in the business industry and creating new opportunities to expand business. Maintain a thorough knowledge of the market, the solutions/services the company can provide. Maintain and expand relationships with existing clients, ensuring satisfaction and identifying additional sales opportunities. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding. Strong understanding of company products or services as well as business position and competition to keep business competitive.

Qualifications:

Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Strong market awareness and analytical thinking Customer-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving targets Contribute to marketing and branding efforts, including the preparation of promotional materials and participation in exhibitions Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships, excellent negotiation and persuasive skills

Requirements:
