Seek and secure new property management business opportunities across Dubai. Build lasting relationships with property owners, developers, investors, and construction companies. Stay ahead of market trends and upcoming projects to strategically target potential clients. Visit sites, assess opportunities, and showcase our services. Maintain detailed reports and collaborate with internal teams to drive growth.
Who You Are:
Experienced in business development, sales, or real estate, ideally property management. Skilled in networking, negotiation, and building long-term relationships. Knowledgeable about Dubai's real estate and construction market. Self-motivated, independent, and comfortable working in the field. Hold a valid UAE driving license and ready to travel across Dubai.
