Aesthetic clinic need business development and operation officer
Role Overview
We are seeking a
dynamic and results-driven Business Development & Operations Manager
to oversee all aspects ofclinic service development, operational workflows, and business growth
.This role requires someone with
healthcare industry experience in Dubai
, who candesign profitable services, optimize patient experience, manage daily operations, and drive revenue growth
while ensuring full compliance withDHA, NABIDH, VAT, and UAE healthcare regulations
.Key Responsibilities
A. Service Development & Innovation
Research market trends and
design new services
to meet patient demand. Createwellness packages, aesthetic plans, IV therapy bundles, and men's health programs
. Collaborate with doctors, dermatologists, and therapists to developstandardized treatment protocols
. Launch new services withattractive pricing models
aligned with Dr. Mo Polyclinic's branding.B. Business Growth & Revenue Management
Develop
weekly, monthly, quarterly growth strategies
. Analyze patient demographics and designtargeted promotions
. Coordinate with the marketing team tolaunch campaigns
across social media, influencers, and referral networks. Buildpartnerships with insurance companies, labs, suppliers, and wellness brands
to expand service offerings.C. Operations & Workflow Management
Oversee
daily clinic operations
, including front desk, nursing, therapists, and coordinators. Streamline workflows toreduce patient waiting times
andimprove overall experience
.D. Team Leadership & Training
Lead, mentor, and
manage the clinic team
to ensure smooth coordination. Conductregular training sessions
on patient handling, upselling, and cross-selling services. Set monthly performance targets for staff and track results.E. Financial & Compliance Oversight
Work with the CEO to set
service pricing, package discounts, and payment plans
. Monitor daily sales, cash flow, and profitability of the services-packages. Ensure full compliance withUAE healthcare laws, VAT reporting.
