We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented

Business Development Officer

to join our growing interior design company. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in generating new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and driving revenue growth within the interior and fit-out industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and develop new business opportunities within the interior design and fit-out market. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, and developers. Prepare and deliver business proposals, presentations, and quotations. Collaborate with design and project teams to align client requirements with service delivery. Track market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify growth opportunities. Manage client accounts, ensuring timely communication and satisfaction throughout the project cycle. Support in contract negotiations and closing deals. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales/BD targets.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred). Minimum 4 years of proven business development experience, with at least 2 years in the

interior design / fit-out industry

. Strong network of industry contacts in the UAE market. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Valid UAE driving license
