Job Summary

As a

Business Development Officer

, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and closing deals in software development, web services, and mobile app solutions. You'll work closely with our technical and marketing teams to deliver tailored digital solutions to clients.

Responsibilities

Generate new leads and acquire new clients through outreach and networking. Pitch Gligx's services to potential clients in software, website, and mobile app development. Prepare proposals, quotations, and service agreements. Maintain a pipeline of prospective clients and update sales activities in CRM tools. Collaborate with internal teams to align client needs with technical solutions. Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets. Stay updated on market trends and competitor offerings.

Qualifications

2-5 years of experience in business development or sales (preferably in IT or software industry). Strong understanding of software development processes and digital services. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong negotiation and closing skills. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field. Self-driven, organized, and results-oriented.
