Job Description
Job Title: Business Development Officer (BDO)
:
We are looking for a proactive Business Development Officer to support client outreach, lead generation, and proposal coordination. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, be comfortable with field visits, and assist in driving sales growth through consistent follow-ups and reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and generate new leads across consultants, contractors, and developers Follow up on proposals, quotations, and inquiries Schedule meetings and site visits with potential clients Maintain CRM records and update project tracking Support the BD team with documentation and report submissions
Requirements:
1-3 years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development Strong communication and presentation skills Familiarity with construction, engineering, or surveying industry is preferred Basic knowledge of CRM tools and proposal coordination Valid UAE driving license is an advantage
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
