We are looking for a proactive and results-oriented
Business Development Officer (Female)-Arabic
to support the growth and expansion of our organization. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in generating leads, securing partnerships, and increasing revenue through strategic business efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders
Conduct market research to understand customer needs and industry trends
Develop business proposals, presentations, and pitches to potential clients
Coordinate with internal departments (marketing, operations, finance) to align business goals
Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics and provide regular reports
Represent the company at networking events, exhibitions, and conferences
Ensure customer satisfaction and follow up on client feedback and concerns
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
Minimum of 2 years proven experience in business development or sales
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
Knowledge of systems and Microsoft Office tools
Strong organizational and time management skills
