Job Summary:
We're seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a strong ability to build relationships and drive sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales and Business Development:
- Contact prospects, create awareness about our programs, and convince them of their usefulness.
- Meet with students and parents to discuss their needs and provide guidance on our programs.
2. Calls and Meeting Management:
- Attend phone calls from students and parents, and assist them with their queries.
- Arrange face-to-face meetings with counselors and prospects.
3. Counseling and Conversion:
- Meet with students and parents to discuss the best course options.
- Convince and convert prospects into admissions.
4. Documents Collection and Record Keeping:
- Collect necessary documents from candidates and maintain soft and hard copies.
- Keep accurate records of all interactions and transactions.
5. Exam Coordination and University Liaison:
- Conduct and coordinate examinations.
- Liaise with universities for registration and formalities.
Requirements:
1. 1-2 years of sales experience.
2. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
3. Ability to build strong relationships with current and potential customers.
4. Willingness to relocate (if required).
