Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Identify, generate, and convert leads into successful FM service contracts Promote and sell

Soft Services

such as: General Cleaning Pest Control Facade Cleaning Landscaping Deep Cleaning Sell

Hard Services

, including: Engineering and Technical Maintenance Preventive, Reactive & Corrective Maintenance Fit-Out Projects Security Services Build and maintain strong client relationships Prepare proposals and close deals with both new and existing clients Maintain a strong sales pipeline and meet/exceed sales targets
Requirements:

Minimum 2-3 years of experience in

Facilities Management Sales

Solid understanding of both

Soft and Hard FM Services

Candidates from the

hospitality sector

are welcome, provided they understand FM services Must have a

strong network of contacts

and the ability to

secure contracts quickly

Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English Confident, self-driven, and goal-oriented
Compensation:

Base Salary:

QAR 6,000 + Commission

Negotiable:

Up to QAR 10,000-12,000 for candidates with strong networks and the ability to immediately bring in contracts
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: QAR7,000.00 - QAR10,000.00 per month
