We are seeking a dynamic Business Development Officer to drive growth by identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and expanding market reach. Qualifications and Skills: BacheloraEUR(TM)s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth. Strong understanding of the oil & gas industry and its recruitment needs. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools. Fluency in English (both written and spoken); knowledge of Arabic is a plus. Experience: Min 5 Years of Manpower Experience in KSA. Salary & Benefits: After Discussion. Driving License: KSA.
