Key Responsibilities:
Identify and approach potential clients including malls, residential communities, fleet companies, and corporate offices.
Build and maintain long-term client relationships to ensure repeat business.
Prepare quotations, proposals, and service agreements for new clients.
Conduct market research to understand trends and competitor activities.
Assist in creating marketing strategies and promotional campaigns.
Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
Coordinate with the operations team to ensure service delivery and client satisfaction.
Requirements:
Arabic-speaking candidate
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in
sales or business development
, preferably in
car wash, automotive services, or facility management
.
Strong communication and negotiation skills in both Arabic and English.
Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to work independently.
A valid UAE driving license is an advantage.
