Aljoud Healthcare is seeking a Business Development Professional to join our team and help us expand our in-school rehabilitation services.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop or update a comprehensive company profile that will effectively represent the company's mission, values, and achievements.

- Draft, review and revise contracts and agreements.

- Develop and maintain a portfolio of templates for various business documents such as proposals, reports, and presentations.

- Identify and build business opportunities for in-school rehabilitation services

- Develop targeted sales strategies

- Build and maintain business relationships with current and potential clients

- Collaborate with the rehab team and leadership to secure, retain, and grow accounts

- Create informative presentations and deliver information to potential clients at client meetings, exhibits, schools, and events

- Maintain a list/database of clients and reach out to potential clients through calls and visits

- Collaborate with management on sales goals, planning, and forecasting

Qualifications:

- Background in rehabilitation highly preferable

- Advanced interpersonal skills

- Advanced proficiency in Arabic and English

- Advanced presentation skills

- Advanced project management skills

- With existing established network preferably built within the health care industry
