PAYBACK Accounting is a newly established accounting firm in Musaffah, Abu Dhabi. We provide professional accounting and financial services, and we are seeking a motivated
Business Development Executive
to drive growth by bringing in new clients and generating business opportunities.Job Requirements
? Proven experience in
sales, business development, or marketing
(required)? Strong communication & negotiation skills
? Patience, perseverance, and a target-driven mindset
? Ability to build strong client relationships and close deals
? Self-motivated with the ability to
achieve and exceed monthly sales targets
Compensation & Benefits
Basic Salary:
AED 2,500 - 3,000 per monthCommission Structure:
3% on monthly sales below AED 12,000 5% on monthly sales between AED 12,000 - 15,000 10% on monthly sales above AED 15,000
Minimum Monthly Target:
AED 6,000Additional Benefits (from Day 1):
Etisalat SIM card Laptop provided Bus card for transportation
After 2-Month Probation:
