We are looking for a high-performing Business Development Manager with a solid track record of driving growth across the GCC and KSA markets, especially within digital, creative, and influencer marketing services.

Salary: AED 10,000 - 13,000
What You'll Do
Develop and execute growth strategies to expand our client base across GCC & KSA
Identify, qualify, and close business opportunities for digital & creative services
Build and manage a strong sales pipeline (lead gen ? proposals ? negotiation ? closure)
Engage with C-level execs, marketing directors & key decision-makers
Lead pitches, presentations, RFP responses, and deliver ROI-focused proposals
Collaborate with Creative, Strategy & Project teams to deliver winning solutions
Drive revenue targets, build partnerships, and represent Empact across the region
What We're Looking For
2-4 years of BD / Sales experience in digital marketing, creative agencies, branding, or influencer marketing
Strong experience in GCC & KSA markets (mandatory)
Proven track record of closing complex multi-stakeholder deals
Bilingual Arabic + English preferred
Excellent communication, negotiation & presentation skills
CRM proficiency (HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, etc.)
