Hiring: Business Development Executive - Maritime Industry

About the Role:
As a Business Development Executive, you will be instrumental in expanding our market reach, identifying new business opportunities, and nurturing relationships with key stakeholders within the maritime industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and qualify new business opportunities within the maritime industry through market research, networking, and lead generation activities.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients, understanding their business challenges and strategic objectives.
Negotiate and close deals, ensuring alignment with company objectives and client expectations.
Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market shifts to identify new avenues for growth.
Prior experience of working in B2B sales is a must.
Maintain working relationships with existing clients to ensure that they receive exceptional service and to identify potential new sales opportunities.
Identify prospects, set appointments, make effective qualifying sales calls, and manage sales cycle to close new business in all service categories.
Coordinate between client and surveyors to ensure that timelines are being met and company standards are being upheld.
What We're Looking For:
Proven track record of 3+ years in business development or sales, specifically within the maritime, shipping, logistics, or related industries.
Deep understanding of the maritime ecosystem.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Strong ability to build rapport and establish long-term relationships with clients.
Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented with a strong work ethic.
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Maritime Studies, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
