We are looking for dynamic and results-driven Business Development Managers (BDMs) to lead institutional sales in the clinic, hospital, and boutique sectors across Dubai, Abu Dhabi, and Ajman. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, building relationships, and driving revenue through strategic partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute sales strategies to expand our client base in the clinic, spa, salon, and boutique sectorso Identify and engage potential customers through field visits, cold calls, and networkingo Establish long-term partnerships with key accounts and ensure high customer satisfactiono Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals tailored to customer needso Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targetso Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunitieso Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of orders and after-sales payment collection
Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or related fieldo Proven experience in B2B or institutional sales, preferably in the clinic, beauty, or retail industryo Valid UAE Driving License is mandatoryo Excellent communication and negotiation skills Strong knowledge of UAE market dynamics, particularly in healthcare and boutique segmentso Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently
