Our client, a large HR technology solution provider in the Middle East, is currently looking for a Business Development Manager/Account Manager (HR Technology / Recruitment). In this role, you will have the following responsibilities:
Manage the organization relationship with existing customers as well as bringing new customers
Prepare, discuss and agree with the Sales & Marketing Manager on yearly sales volumes and prices for each customer
Achieve agreed sales target in designated market(s) following agreed KPIs
Leads contract negotiations with their accounts and creates tailor-made solutions to ensure customer satisfaction and company\xe2\x80\x99s profit
Participates in clients\xe2\x80\x99 events and develops strong working relationships with key interfaces in order to develop company\xe2\x80\x99s awareness and image in the UAE market
In cooperation with the Sales Support Team, prepares and plans clients visits in order to update them on latest product and services
Ensures the application of pricing and distribution policies
Follow up collection to insure on time payment
Update, per customer, rolling forecast for designated market(s)
Collect information about competitors and report it to the Sales and Marketing Manager
Prepare sales analysis reports with challenges and suggested solutions for designated market(s)
Present yearly contract to each customer
Requirements
To be considered for this opportunity, you need to meet the following criteria:
Higher diploma or university degree holder
With minimum 5 years of sales/account management experience preferably in a HR/Technology sales environment
Previous work experience in HR/Training/Recruitment would be preferred
Strong customer relationship and communication skills
Willing to travel around UAE, if required ; hence, having a UAE driving license is preferred
