Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
8+ years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing in engineering/construction sectors.
Proven success in securing large EPC projects.
Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
Knowledge of UAE and GCC oil & gas markets.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
