We are currently seeking a Senior Financial Planning and Analytics Officer to join our talented team. Here, you will find the perfect environment to thrive, excel, and contribute to reshaping the financial landscape.
Location: Remote
Responsibilities:
  • Lead the design and implementation of a comprehensive business development strategy and lead the Business2Business department.
  • Develop the partnerships and IB strategy with the aim of recruiting new partners and delivering high volume
  • Maintain direct contact with partners and IBs, ensuring excellent service standards
  • Work closely within marketing to implement marketing campaigns targeted at attracting new partners
  • Enforce prudent approach to the regulatory framework as per the company policies, ethos and ethics in the light of the developments in this dynamic sector
  • Manage partnership relations, communication and recruitment, maximizing customer acquisition.
  • Optimize all aspects of the Partners program through new and established networks
  • Maintain a strong development pipeline according to the Company's strategy
  • Oversee the management of existing and new relationships with partners and clients.
Requirements:
  • Have at least 3 years of business development experience in FX industry, including demonstrated success in business-to-business sales, forging strategic partnerships that have resulted in significant increases in earned income.
  • Needs to have experience in a similar role; experience onboarding IBs, master IBs. And proven successful track records of clients engagement.
  • Be fluent in English both verbal and written is a must. Knowledge of Arabic or Spanish will be considered an advantage.
  • Have exceptional relationship building and interpersonal skills, with the ability to represent the organization passionately to potential partners.
  • Be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Be self-motivated and target orientated individual.
