B2B and partnerships channel
and are looking for a motivated professional to develop long-term collaborations within the tourism and hospitality ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
Develop partnerships with:
Hotels and hospitality groups
Travel agencies, DMCs, and tour operators
Corporate clients and event organizers
Conduct field visits to hotels and partner locations
Present and promote premium tour experiences
Negotiate partnership terms (commissions, packages, volume agreements)
Generate corporate and group bookings (team buildings, private tours, events)
Maintain strong and long-term partner relationships
Identify new partnership opportunities in Dubai
Track leads, partnerships, and bookings
Achieve defined partnership and revenue targets
Requirements
Experience in
tourism sales, hospitality, or B2B partnerships
Good understanding of the Dubai tourism market
Strong relationship-building and communication skills
Comfortable with field sales and face-to-face meetings
Fluent in
English
(additional languages are a strong advantage)
Autonomous, proactive, and results-oriented
Strong advantage:
Existing network with hotels, concierges, agencies, or corporate clients
Previous experience selling tours, experiences, or hospitality services
