Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and driven
Business Development Manager
to
bring new business opportunities, manage client relationships, and ensure overall client satisfaction.
This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in sales and client management within the food, catering, or hospitality industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute strategies to acquire new business clients.
Build strong, long-term relationships with corporate and residential customers.
Manage and retain existing client accounts.
Negotiate and close contracts to achieve revenue targets.
Collaborate with operations to ensure seamless service delivery.
Track market trends and identify growth opportunities.
Requirements:
2-5years of proven experience in business development, sales, or client management, preferably in catering, food service, or hospitality.
Strong communication, networking, and negotiation skills.
Ability to generate leads and convert them into long-term clients.
Self-motivated, result-oriented, and capable of leading initiatives independently.
