Under the guidance of the Director of Operations, the Business Development Manager will focus on acquiring and retaining clients and nurturing relationships over time. Will act as a strategic partner and advisor to the client, discovering new opportunities to work together for mutual benefit.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Generate new customer leads at all revenue levels to achieve the business and growth.
Influencing and networking with prospective Clients to build relationships at senior levels, and identify business needs to address.
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client partnerships.
Create proposals, follow up on a timely basis, negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.
Develop trusted advisor relationships with key contacts and customer stakeholders;
Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives. * Clearly communicate the progress of weekly/monthly/quarterly initiatives to Duncan & Ross Management.
Forecast and track key business development metrics (e.g., weekly reporting of pipeline development and progress, quarterly sales results and annual forecasts).
Collaborate with sales team to identify and grow opportunities within territory.
Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed.
Travel across the GCC on a timely basis to meet prospective clients and identify their needs while visiting their offices and presenting Duncan & Ross Solutions Portfolio.
Update the CRM contacts, opportunities on a day-to-day basis.
Project Mobilization Remobilization Oversight on new projects.
KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE:
Strong proven Business Development and Sales Skills.
5 Years+ Experience in the Technology Sector.

Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus
Handle the Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) very well.
Provide clear and accurate Sales reports and analysis.

Autonomous work and the necessary flexibility (think of customer visits, events,...)
Strong systematic and organizational
Communicative, customer-oriented, eager to learn, result-oriented and driven are skills that come in handy in this role.
EDUCATION & TRAINING:
MSc / MBA / BA/ BS degree in Computer Science or relevant field.
