Business Development Manager

Job Description

Identify and develop new business opportunities in oilfield services, including drilling, well services, completions, and production. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients including oil & gas operators, EPC contractors, and government agencies. Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitor activity, and potential new markets. Prepare and deliver business presentations, proposals, and technical/commercial bids. Collaborate with operations, engineering, and technical teams to align service offerings with client requirements. Negotiate contracts and commercial terms in accordance with company policies and margins. Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows to network and promote company services. Meet or exceed sales targets, KPIs, and revenue growth objectives. Provide regular reporting and forecasts to senior management.

Required Qualifications:



Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field. MBA is a plus. 5+ years of business development or sales experience in the oilfield services industry. Strong understanding of upstream oil and gas operations. Proven track record of securing high-value contracts and partnerships. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to travel as required to meet clients and attend industry events.
