Business Developer / Sales Executive

fluent in Arabic to drive business growth, expand market presence, and build strong client relationships across Arabic-speaking markets. The ideal candidate will identify new business opportunities, develop sales strategies, and support the sales process from lead generation to deal closure.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and pursue new business opportunities in target markets. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients. Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activity, and potential clients. Present and promote company products/services to clients through meetings, calls, and presentations. Develop customized proposals, quotations, and contracts tailored to client needs. Negotiate deals and close agreements to achieve sales targets. Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, design, production) to ensure client satisfaction. Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and networking opportunities.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. 2-5 years of experience in sales, business development, or a similar role.

Fluency in Arabic and English

(written and spoken) is mandatory. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Familiarity with CRM software and sales performance metrics. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Knowledge of regional business practices and market dynamics in the UAE/GCC is a plus. Valid UAE driving license (preferred, if job requires travel).
