To identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities in the market research sector, while building strong client relationships and contributing to the overall growth and brand visibility of Pro Intelligence.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and generate new business leads across industries (banking, retail, hospitality, FMCG, etc.)
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet monthly and quarterly revenue targets
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders
Prepare and present proposals, capability decks, and pricing models based on client requirements
Represent Pro Intelligence in industry events, networking forums, and client meetings
Collaborate with the research and operations team to ensure successful project delivery and client satisfaction
Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and client feedback to identify growth opportunities
Maintain an active sales pipeline using CRM tools and regularly report performance metrics
Prepare sales forecasts and monthly business development reports for management
Contribute to brand-building activities, including marketing campaigns and social media promotions
Requirements:
Proven experience (3+ years) in business development, preferably in market research, consulting, or marketing services
Strong understanding of consumer insights, data collection methodologies, and research solutions
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Self-driven with a results-oriented mindset
Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus)
UAE driving license is preferred
