The ideal candidate will be responsible for the growth of the department. Candidate will work with the team to develop mutually beneficial proposals, negotiate contract terms and communicate effectively with stakeholders. Job is vacant for Male/Female. UAE driving License is must. Preference will be given to the candidates having tourism and hotel experience. Responsibilities:

• The ideal candidate will support with wide range of corporate links in Hospitality, Travel & Tourism Industry
• Knowledge of what, why, when and how of industry
• Ability to visualize and respond the upcoming changes in the business environment
• Understand and execute relationship between product and customer buying behavior
• Designing, execution and controlling of Sales & Marketing strategies
• Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills; bilingual a plus
• Strong negotiating skills, decision-making capabilities
• Resourcefulness to conduct independent research to understand market through strong analytical skills
• Proven Results Track Record, Team player to supervise in obtaining new business
• Flexible and long Work hours, including weekends and holidays with Ability to travel.

Minimum Requirements:

• Generating Revenue from B2B clients.
• Finding out potential companies related to our business nature
• Setting up appointment with concern persons ( DECISION MAKERS)
• Introducing about company product (DHOW CRUISE)
• Signing contract
• Follow-up for business
• Forwarding sales queries to reservation department
• Visiting new companies (DMC's/TOURISM COMPANIES)
• Handling client complaints
• Payment follow up
• Prepared weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual sales reports as required

Job Type: Full-time Salary: AED8,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month Ability to commute/relocate:

• Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:

• Business Developments: 1 year (Preferred)
• Business Development Manager: 1 year (Preferred)
