Our client is a turnkey solutions provider (NOT a manufacturer) specializing in industrial and commercial insulation for a wide range of sectors. As part of their growth, we are recruiting a GCC experience business development manager with in-depth experience of rock wool and stone wool products to join their UAE operations.
This is a full sales cycle role from client prospecting, sales presentations, preparing tenders and closing the deal.
Role Summary
Develop business development and sales strategies and execution plans to grow the customer base and exceed annual sales targets.
Build relationships with construction site project managers and engineers, consultants, contractors and developers to increase lead generation and client prospecting.
Conduct business reviews with customers to strengthen relationships and seek growth opportunities.
Attend industry events to prospect new sales opportunities.
Mandatory Skills & Experience
8+ years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in industrial or commercial cladding or jacketing insulation with experience of rock wool, glass wool, stone wool, ceramic wool, PIR, phenolic; extruded and expanded polystyrene
products across various sectors including oil & gas.
Strong business, financial and commercial acumen with the ability to negotiate favorable terms.
Strong in Excel.
UAE driving license is mandatory.
Candidate Profile
Currently living in the United Arab Emirates.
Fluent in English.
Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills.
Strong work ethic with a professional attitude.
Education
Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Industrial Engineering or Mechanical Engineering is mandatory
