Role Overview:
We're looking for a
sales-driven, regionally experienced business development professional
who understands the renewable energy ecosystem. You'll be the face of our expansion efforts -- building relationships, closing deals, and helping define our go-to-market strategy in high-potential regions.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the
sales and business development of renewable energy products
(solar panels, BESS, hybrid kits, etc.) across Africa and the Middle East.
Identify, onboard, and manage
channel partners, EPC firms, and key accounts
.
Immediately support the
sale of available product stock
, while building long-term growth opportunities.
Prepare
and negotiate quotations and sales proposals
based on client requirements.
Drive regional strategy based on
market feedback, pricing trends, and customer needs
.
Represent VTAC at
industry events, exhibitions, and client meetings
.
Report on pipeline, sales progress, and regional dynamics to senior leadership.
Requirements
6-10 years
of B2B sales or business development experience in
renewables
.
Strong understanding of
solar PV, energy storage, or off-grid solutions
.
Proven success in
Africa and/or Middle East markets
.
Network of
installers, EPCs, or distributors
in the renewable space.
Confident in managing the full sales cycle, from lead generation to deal closure.
Self-driven and comfortable working in
startup-style, high-autonomy environments
.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
