They are seeking a proactive and strategic Business Development Manager to drive growth and expand their market presence in the UAE.

As a Business Development Manager, you will focus on identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the renewable energy sector. You will develop strategic partnerships, drive sales initiatives, and contribute to the overall growth strategy of the company.
Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities and partnerships within the renewable energy sector.
• Conduct market research to understand trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
• Develop and execute business development strategies to achieve sales targets and expand market share.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and partners.
• Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
• Negotiate contracts and agreements to secure new business deals.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful project delivery and customer satisfaction.

Required Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Renewable Energy, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in business development, preferably in the renewable energy sector.
• Strong strategic thinking and negotiation skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
• Familiarity with the renewable energy market and trends in the UAE.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
