The Role
The Business Development Manager - Recruitment is responsible for developing new business opportunities and expanding existing relationships with clients and partners. The role involves the identification of new business opportunities and the development of sales and marketing strategies that will result in increased revenue. The ideal candidate must possess excellent communication and negotiation skills, a deep understanding of the recruitment industry, and an ability to work collaboratively with teams to achieve the company\'s objectives. Responsibilities: \xe2\x80\xa2 Identify and develop new business opportunities in the recruitment industry \xe2\x80\xa2 Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to increase revenue \xe2\x80\xa2 Manage relationships with existing clients and partners \xe2\x80\xa2 Negotiate contracts and agreements with new and existing clients \xe2\x80\xa2 Prepare reports on activities and results \xe2\x80\xa2 Build and maintain a network of contacts in the recruitment industry \xe2\x80\xa2 Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices \xe2\x80\xa2 Develop and maintain relationships with key personnel in the recruitment industry \xe2\x80\xa2 Attend industry events and exhibitions

Requirements

• Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in a relevant field, such as Business Administration or Human Resources \xe2\x80\xa2 Proven experience in business development and sales in the recruitment industry \xe2\x80\xa2 Excellent communication and negotiation skills \xe2\x80\xa2 Self motivated and able to work independently \xe2\x80\xa2 Good understanding of current recruitment trends and best practices \xe2\x80\xa2 Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team \xe2\x80\xa2 Strong analytical and problem solving skills \xe2\x80\xa2 Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
