Business Development Manager / Recruiter
who can help expand our team of real estate professionals.
Key Responsibilities
Recruit
real estate agents
to join our 100% commission model.
Call 200 existing agents daily
from our database to propose the plan.
WhatsApp 200 agents daily
in the Dubai market to promote the opportunity.
Generate and manage leads through
LinkedIn, Dubizzle, WhatsApp groups, referrals, and cold calling.
Conduct
interviews and follow-ups
to onboard qualified candidates.
Maintain a
daily outreach tracker
and report hiring progress to management.
Create and post
job ads
and
recruitment campaigns
to attract new agents.
Support new joiners through
onboarding, orientation, and basic training
about the model.
Meet
weekly and monthly hiring targets.
Requirements
Minimum
1 year of experience
in recruitment, telesales, or real estate hiring.
Excellent
communication and persuasive skills
over phone and WhatsApp.
Strong understanding of
Dubai's real estate agent ecosystem
.
Self-motivated, energetic, and target-driven personality.
Ability to handle
high-volume outreach (400+ contacts per day).
What We Offer
Fixed salary:
AED 3,000 per month.
Commission per hire
