Job Description
We are seeking to appoint a highly qualified and experienced
Real Estate Development Manager
to join its team and contribute to the development and execution of strategic real estate projects.Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement real estate development strategies in line with the group's objectives. Identify, analyze, and evaluate real estate investment opportunities and conduct feasibility studies. Oversee all stages of real estate development projects (planning, design, execution, and handover). Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and relevant government authorities. Manage budgets, timelines, and ensure compliance with approved quality standards. Prepare periodic reports and submit recommendations to senior management.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Minimum
7 years of proven experience in real estate development within the UAE
. Strong knowledge of the UAE real estate market and applicable laws and regulations. Excellent leadership and managerial skills with strong decision-making ability. Proven experience in feasibility studies and risk management. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.Benefits:
