Key Responsibilities:
Off-Plan Sales:
Identify and capitalize on opportunities in new and upcoming property developments; build relationships with developers and investors to secure pre-launch sales.
Secondary Market Sales:
Source, list, and sell resale properties; build a strong pipeline of buyers and sellers to facilitate efficient transactions.
Rentals Management:
Expand and maintain a rental portfolio; engage landlords and tenants to ensure high occupancy rates and maximize rental income.
Client Relationship Management:
Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients, brokers, developers, landlords, and tenants; provide expert guidance through all transaction stages.
Market Research & Analysis:
Continuously monitor market trends, pricing, and competitor activity to adjust strategies and identify new opportunities.
Sales & Negotiation:
Prepare proposals, conduct presentations, and negotiate terms to close deals effectively across off-plan, secondary sales, and rentals.
Collaboration:
Work with marketing, legal, finance, and operations teams to ensure smooth transaction workflows and compliance with company policies.
Reporting:
Maintain accurate sales and rental records; provide regular performance reports, forecasts, and market insights to management.
Networking & Events:
Represent the company at industry events, property launches, and networking forums to boost brand visibility and generate leads.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, Marketing, or related field.
Minimum 3-5 years of business development or sales experience in real estate, with exposure to off-plan projects, secondary sales, and rentals.
Strong understanding of real estate markets, investment opportunities, and legal regulations.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to generate leads, build pipelines, and close deals efficiently.
Familiarity with CRM and property management systems.
Highly organized, proactive, and self-motivated.
Willingness to travel and conduct site visits as needed.
Preferred:
Real estate license or professional certifications (e.g., CCIM).
Established network with developers, brokers, landlords, and investors.
Experience with digital marketing and lead generation strategies.
