Role Overview:

We are seeking a proactive and experienced Business Development Manager to drive growth through strategic field sales and channel partner development, particularly in the building materials, interiors, or fit-out industries.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and engage potential clients through research, networking, and on-ground visits Acquire new channel partners and strengthen relationships with existing ones Generate project leads by collaborating with

architects

interior designers

, and

contractors

Conduct product presentations, negotiate terms, and close deals Convert inactive channel partners into active revenue contributors Ensure timely payment collections and maintain detailed sales reports Prepare weekly and monthly order forecasts and MIS documentation Stay informed about market trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategies

Candidate Requirements:

6 to 8 years

of experience in field sales and revenue generation Proven track record in managing and growing

channel partner networks

Prior experience in

interiors/fit outs/flooring

or related sectors preferred Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred

Valid UAE driving license is mandatory

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED10,000.00 - AED15,000.00 per month
