Role Overview:

We are seeking a driven and strategic

Business Development Manager

to expand our client base, build strong partnerships, and accelerate the growth of our e-waste recycling and IT asset recovery services. The ideal candidate will have strong market knowledge, exceptional communication skills, and a passion for sustainability.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and develop new business opportunities across corporate, government, and industrial sectors. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and decision-makers. Pitch Redolent's recycling, and ITAD services to potential clients. Develop and implement business growth strategies aligned with company objectives. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure service excellence. Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets. Represent the company at events, exhibitions, and client meetings. Track market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs.

Requirements:

2-4 years of proven experience in Business Development or Sales (preferably in recycling, IT, logistics, or sustainability sectors). Strong understanding of UAE corporate landscape and B2B market. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to develop strong client relationships and close deals. Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
