Role Overview:
We are looking for a strategic and results-oriented Business Development Manager to lead POS terminal sales and merchant onboarding across the UAE. The candidate must have solid experience in acquiring and managing merchants and be well-versed with the full sales cycle--from lead generation to deployment and relationship management.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive end-to-end POS terminal sales targeting SMEs, retailers, and other business sectors.
Identify, develop, and manage a strong pipeline of prospective clients.
Handle complete sales cycle: prospecting, pitching, negotiation, contracting, and onboarding.
Lead strategic partnerships and alliances to enhance sales reach.
Build long-term relationships with clients and ensure high satisfaction and retention.
Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify new trends and opportunities.
Liaise with internal teams (tech, onboarding, support) for seamless execution.
Prepare accurate sales forecasts, MIS reports, and pipeline dashboards for leadership.

Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
