Our Wealth and Retail Banking division caters to over 11 million clients in some of the world's most dynamic markets. From Mass Retail to Affluent and high-net-worth individuals through our Private Bank, we offer a blend of digital banking and personal touch. Our services encompass deposits, payments, financing, wealth management, and personalized advice, along with support for small business banking needs.
Key Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional client experiences.
• Organize and follow up on leads, schedule and document appointments, and fulfill client requests.
