Business Development Manager - Mobile Money (French Speaker) Location: Dubai
Looking for a enthusiastic, motivated go-getter who will grow the Mobile Financial Services businesses with telecom operators across the MEA region.
Responsibilities: - Qualifying the leads and capturing the new business opportunities in the mobile telecommunications sector within the specified region. - Following an aggressive but potential sales approach, bring the opportunities to deal closures - Establishes and maintains ongoing customer business relationships for cross selling and upselling - Participates in the development of short-term and long-term objectives. - Participates in the PRF, PRFQ process - Budgeting and pricing, Developing proposal and client presentations. - Analyzes and condenses customer requirements and priorities, employing consultative selling techniques. - Nurtures and sustains excellent customer relationships to gain a comprehensive understanding of their needs, - Pursuing Excellence in guaranteeing satisfaction with the final product and ongoing support throughout its life cycle. - Extensive travelling - 50%
Requirements: - Must be a fluent French speaker - 10+ years\' experience in sales and business development within Fintech and Mobile communication ecosystem - Must have clear understanding of Mobile Financial services industry, and have case studies/ winning stories to showcase - Demonstrates exceptional communication skills to effectively present, inform, and influence senior-level internal and external stakeholders, leading to a deep comprehension of customer needs, business development plans, strategies, and initiatives. - Humble yet aggressive sales oriented. Exhibits outstanding negotiation, closing, and follow-up abilities, with a consultative sales approach tailored to selling services and solutions. Operates with autonomy, efficiently delivering results with minimal supervision. - Not hesitant to travel extensively
