A leading Pharmaceutical company is actively recruiting a Business Development Manager MENA for their Dubai office.

Key aspects of the role include:

• Responsible for in-licensing activities to expand product portfolio and support the company\xe2\x80\x99s growth objectives for assigned regions.
• Forecast the product demand considering evolving market conditions across MENA Region (mainly GCC, Levant, and KSA) and analyse market data.
• Act as a key link between the business development function and all other relevant departments.
• Correspond and negotiate agreements with external partners on business development
• Identify region-specific brand opportunities and growth levers and build plans and strategies to capture these opportunities and expedite growth with Lead customers.
• Identify areas of improvement to develop and maintain strong partnerships.
• Act as an integral part of the Corporate Development Team, traveling to various annual events in Europe and MENA to expand existing Business development network and identify potential opportunities.
• Conduct business analysis, analyze marketing strategies and trends, and prepare forecasts.

To be successful you will need to meet the following:

• Advanced Degree in Biology, Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Medicine or similar.
• Strong scientific background in pharmaceutical molecules.
• Minimum 5 years of working experience in business development in the Pharmaceutical industry in the MENA region with knowledge in the in-licensing and business development landscape.
• In-depth knowledge of reviewing and correcting legal documents (Licensing agreement).
• Exposure to go-to-market activities, medical and regulatory affairs and bodies in MENA markets or related functions is a plus.
• Willingness to travel 40% of the time across the MENA region and Europe.
• Must have a valid Driver\xe2\x80\x99s License.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Arabic. European language is a plus.
