Business Development Manager
(Luxury Travel & Concierge, Maldives & UAE)
We're seeking a professional with deep understanding of the Maldivian luxury travel industry, someone who can turn opportunities into long-term partnerships and craft experiences that redefine luxury.
Core Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with luxury resorts, private aviation companies, travel agencies, and concierge partners.
Identify new B2B and B2C opportunities within the Maldives and GCC markets.
Manage negotiations, proposals, and contracts with high-end hospitality partners.
Support marketing collaborations, special travel campaigns, and VIP client experiences.
Coordinate with resort partners for reservations, packages, and brand placements.
Requirements:
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Maldivian resort or luxury travel industry.
Deep understanding of Dubai and Maldives resort network, logistics, and hospitality culture.
Established connections with resorts, DMCs, and local travel operators.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
High organizational level and ability to work independently.
Fluent English; additional languages are an advantage.
Passionate about luxury travel, hospitality, and personalized client experiences.
