Key Responsibilities
Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities in the IT services domain.
Generate leads and convert prospects into long-term clients.
Promote IT solutions including web development, mobile applications, digital marketing, ERP, CRM, and custom software services.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
Prepare proposals, presentations, and sales pitches tailored to client requirements.
Coordinate with technical and marketing teams to deliver customized solutions.
Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Conduct market research to identify new trends, competitors, and opportunities.
Maintain accurate sales records and reports using CRM tools.
Requirements
Minimum
2 years of experience
in IT sales or business development.
Strong understanding of IT services and digital solutions.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Proven ability to achieve sales targets and close deals.
Self-motivated, proactive, and result-driven mindset.
Experience in the UAE market is an added advantage.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
Knowledge of CRM tools and sales pipelines is a plus.
