Position: Business and Sales Manager - IoT Solutions
We are seeking an enthusiastic and dynamic
Business and Sales Manager
to actively drive sales and business development for our cutting-edge IoT solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and engage potential clients through various business development activities.
Deliver product demonstrations and solution presentations to clients.
Prepare product use-case documents, proposals, and professional presentations.
Collaborate closely with Company Directors to develop and implement market penetration strategies.
Achieve assigned sales and opportunity generation targets.
Build strategic partnerships with high-profile organizations and companies.
Lead contract negotiations and provide market insights on regional trends and opportunities.
Prepare technical and non-technical documents as required.
Coordinate closely with the technical team to ensure timely completion of customer engagements.
Willingness to travel regionally and internationally as needed.
Experience and Knowledge Required:
Strong knowledge of IoT concepts, IoT platforms, and LPWA technologies (NB-IoT, LoRaWAN).
Experience in IoT platform demonstrations and client onboarding.
Familiarity with Smart Metering protocols such as M-Bus, wM-Bus, Modbus, and DLMS/COSEM.
Understanding of Digital Twin concepts and Condition Monitoring solutions.
Good knowledge of the IoT market landscape, particularly in the Middle East.
Excellent presentation, communication, and customer engagement skills.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and business growth.
Preferred Qualifications:
Valid UAE driving license.
Willingness to travel across the GCC and Africa regions as required.
