Business Development Executive - Solar and Smart Energy
Role Summary
Sharaf DG Energy is hiring a results-driven Business Development Executive to expand our footprint in solar energy and smart home automation across Dubai. This role focuses on lead generation, client engagement, and revenue growth in the renewable energy and smart solutions sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate new business opportunities and build client pipelines for solar energy and energy efficiency solutions
• Engage with corporate, residential, and government clients to present tailored offerings
• Maintain strong account management through effective communication and client relationship building
• Identify cross-selling opportunities for smart home, lighting, LV and AV systems
• Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Collaborate with engineering teams for solution alignment and proposal development
• Maintain accurate records in CRM and provide market feedback

Candidate Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience in business development or B2B sales
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Engineering
• Experience in energy solutions, solar PV, or automation systems is a plus
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• UAE Driving License and Arabic proficiency are added advantages
