As we expand our footprint, we seek passionate professionals who can bring value, innovation, and drive to our growing team. Position Overview We are seeking a Business Development Manager who will play a pivotal role in driving the company's growth strategy.
This position requires a proactive, well-connected, and target-driven individual who can develop strategic partnerships, identify new business opportunities, and build strong client relationships.
Prior experience in the UAE interior design and development industry is highly preferred, particularly with a proven track record of successful business acquisition and expansion.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Business Growth Initiatives: Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities across the UAE and GCC markets.
Client Acquisition & Relationship Management: Establish and nurture long-term relationships with architects, consultants, developers, and high end clients.
Strategic Partnerships: Build and manage strategic alliances and collaborations to drive revenue growth and market penetration.
Market Intelligence & Competitor Analysis: Stay ahead of market trends, client expectations, and competitor activities to guide business strategy.
Sales Forecasting & Pipeline Management: Maintain a healthy pipeline and ensure accurate forecasting and reporting to management.
Project Coordination Support: Liaise with internal design and execution teams to align project deliverables with client expectations.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Interior Design, or a related field.
Minimum 3-4 years of proven business development experience in the interior design, architecture, or real estate development sectors within the UAE.
Strong network of industry contacts in Dubai and the wider UAE design/build ecosystem. o Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful business growth strategies.
Highly motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented.
