Job Description

CELLTRON DUBAI is looking for an experienced and ambitious Business Development Manager to join the team in Dubai. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing the Business strategy for the organization to drive top line growth in existing as well as new markets, focusing on increasing business with existing clients and development of new clients. The incumbent will be preparing plans and strategies with the Management for achieving revenue targets with desired profitability for CELLTRON DUBAI.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Strategic Sales Planning
  • Develops a comprehensive business plan for the region that is tailored to CELLTRON DUBAI.\xe2\x80\x99s strategic objectives.
  • Makes action plans to execute sales strategy for all Company products and services adhering to the budget and as per strategy.
  • Plans and formulates strategies of sales promotion activities for different products of CELLTRON DUBAI.
Customer and market analysis
  • Identifies potential markets for both International and domestic sales and engage team for maximum conversion.
  • Drives market analysis and intelligence to target potential customers.
  • Initiates various reports including target vs. performance reports to identify areas of development and evaluation of sales performance.
  • Tracks all customer details and agreement maturity to ensure renewal before termination of agreement
Customer Acquisition & Retention
  • Works towards bringing about an increase in the market-share by retention of the existing customers and generation of new customers to achieve the targeted increase in sales.
  • Visits existing and potential customers regularly to ensure high levels of customer service and business development for the organization.
Customer and OEM relationship management
  • Facilitates management of the entire customer life cycle i.e. Requirement gathering, Contract Agreement, Installation, Maintenance and Service up gradation.
  • Controls tracking of customer dues and monitors outstanding payments.
  • Closes customer complaints with proper grievance management and ensures all customer correspondence have been answered and filed properly.
  • Develops and maintains relationships with key stakeholders and decision makers in the region.
Internal Coordination
  • Drives coordination between all departments to ensure turnaround time for a sales visit to its conversion to sales done within expected time.
  • Works in coordination with Group Marketing and Brand team to help develop brand of the company and products.
  • Provides inputs to technical team to develop new products and services, based on market feedback.
  • Constantly monitors revenue collection keeping in mind the trends of collection, possible cases of revenue loss or risk mitigation perspectives.
New Business Development
  • Strategizes, assesses and draws up action plans and drive maximum revenue.
  • Participates in events and conferences relevant to the target segment for networking and convert to sales.
  • Understands target market of each products, client profiles and requirement in depth and helps team to develop insights about customer and their requirement.
People Development
  • Supervises and trains the people under direct supervision to develop and build their competencies required for better operational efficiency.
  • Engages in selection and recruitment of appropriate and competent team aligned with the culture of the Organization and committed to the business goals.
