About the role
Business Development at Revolut drives growth by expanding reach and unlocking new revenue streams. They forge strategic partnerships, identify untapped markets, and turn ambitious ideas into actionable plans. Working closely across teams and industries, they lead deals that open doors and create lasting impact.
We're looking for a Senior Business Development Manager to build and scale strategic partnerships for Revolut Business. You'll be collaborating closely with teams across Marketing, Product, Brand, Communications, Operations, and Analytics to identify and pursue opportunities for revenue generation and customer acquisition.

What you'll be doing
Sourcing, structuring, negotiating, and closing large?scale, high-value distribution and brand partnerships for Revolut Business
Owning complex, high?value deals that drive growth for Revolut Business, driving new customer growth, revenue, and brand awareness at a global level
Leading end?to?end partnership execution and go-to-market planning in coordination with local teams, from content production to technical integration and business hospitality programmes
Building market intel and connections with globally leading platforms and potential partners
Partnering with Product and Engineering teams to ensure smooth technical and commercial activation
Building business?focused events and partnership opportunities that support customer engagement
What you'll need
8+ years in partnerships or business development, with a proven track record in shaping and securing partnership deals in the B2B space
Experience in SaaS/B2B business development or strategic partnerships
Expertise in sourcing, negotiating, and closing complex, high?value partnerships
A commercial and quantitative mindset
A demonstrated ability to construct, analyse, and negotiate commercial agreements
Project management experience with multiple levels of complexity across various functions
Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skills
Fluency in English with outstanding communication and presentation skills
Excellent business acumen and interpersonal skills
Robust analytical skills
Natural curiosity and a will to make an impact
Nice to have
Experience with payments, fintech, or platform partnerships
Exposure to global or multi?market partnership deals
Compensation range
Krakow: PLN24,600 - PLN40,000 gross monthly Poland: PLN24,600 - PLN40,000 gross monthly Other locations: Compensation will be discussed during the interview process
Final compensation will be determined based on the candidate's qualifications, skills, and previous experience
